Key features of the mobilisation and on-going operation of GEOAmey include:

Over 3,000 staff transferring from three separate organisations into GEOAmey using Amey established TUPE processes and
procedures, demonstrating our ability to deal with large numbers of transferees in a short time-frame. All staff are highly-trained
and security cleared to MoJ Enhanced CRB standards qualifying them to work with young and vulnerable people

Using a fleet of almost 500 purpose designed, custody vehicles that will cover approximately 17.5m miles annually

Integrating technology solutions to the planning and scheduling of vehicles to deliver cost effective, safe and timely scheduling

Working closely with key stakeholders, including police, courts, prisons, National Offenders Management Service and UK Border
Authority to achieve service excellence.
