March Auction...
Our March property auction saw some
fantastic results again continuing the
strong start to the year. Around 500 people
attended the sale and 90% of the lots offered
were sold including Mary Bourne House selling
for £375,000 from a guide price of £200,000. The
cottage at 21 Heathcote Road sold for £62,500 from
a guide price of £40,000 and 32 Waggoners Fold
sold for £70,000 from a guide price of £55,000.
We offer a further 90 lots in our April auction,
already our third sale this year. Lot 1 is sure to
be extremely popular as it offers an opportunity
to buy a detached house in Trentham starting at
just £100,000 as is Lot 5, an unmodernised semi
detached in a well regarded area at only £70,000
plus. The further 88 lots cover our usual range of
residential and commercial property, investments
and land.
