(I am obsessed with chairs!) I believe being passionate about what you create gives it an authenticity that is lacking in so much cookie cutter jewellery. was it before you gave up your Job to take up full-time Jewellery making? days a week at Channel 9 until I had the confidence to go full time into Uberkate. We have between 10 and 15 staff working for us at any one time, which still makes me proud. creative process? where is the designing done? what material do you prefer to work with? comes back to myself in terms of Uberkate although we have some wonderful initiatives with our new line, Uberfine, in conjunction with some amazingly talented style bloggers. Material wise, obviously the basis is gold, sterling silver and gorgeous rose gold and one off gemstones discovered on my travels.
